AGI company offers comprehensive research and engineering facilities specializing in the testing and evaluation of monolithic materials. Our physical testing capabilities include sleeve analysis, loose density measurement, packed density assessment, and tests conducted after moulding. These post-moulding evaluations encompass bulk density measurements following specific procedures: 12 hours in the mould, 24 hours of drying at 110°C, 12 hours of air drying, and 6 hours of air cooling. Cold Crushing Strength (CCS) testing is conducted to assess material resilience, and PLCAR PCE evaluations are performed at different temperature ranges to ensure material performance under diverse conditions.
Our chemical testing facilities include advanced analyses for key components, such as MgO, CF2, Al2O3, CaO, TiO3, and SiO2. These capabilities enable precise material characterization and quality assurance. With our state-of-the-art equipment and a dedicated research and engineering team, AGI provides reliable, high-quality testing to meet industry standards and customer requirements.
